We have been leaders in the horticultural sector since 1993.
Our story begins in 1978 when, after purchasing land in Canneto sull’Oglio in the heart of the Po Valley, the current production managers gave rise to this adventure , starting to produce trees in the open ground and taking care of the creation and maintenance of the gardens.
After several years of experience in the traditional nursery and gardening sector, Coplant was born in 1993, in the current location which years before housed a regional experimental center for the production of small shrubs which closed after a few years.
Production is increasingly expanded and a new gamble begins
In a few years, thanks to efforts and sacrifices, the structure was rebuilt and improved, so in addition to carrying on the production of open-field trees typical of the Cannetese area, the production of potted shrubs was added: an important gamble, but a winning one
Gradually the production is increasingly expanded, offering customers an increasingly complete range: ground cover, flowering shrubs and evergreens in different varieties and sizes, a collection of roses which over the years becomes a “workhorse” of our company.
The production of trees in the open ground has also been expanded both in variety and quantity; furthermore, to satisfy the needs of the market, we have started to produce trees in different types of containers: from the classic tubs to the PlantInBag (PIB) system.
